  UBC Robson Square is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, on Robson Street between Hornby and Howe Street. The campus entrance is located on the Plaza Level of Robson Square, with access by stairways on either side of Robson Street at Howe, or by elevator from the underground parkade.

  There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities nearby. The conference centre is across the street from a major shopping centre and the Vancouver Art Gallery, and a couple of blocks away from the architecturally stunning central library.

  There are hotels for every budget within walking distance of the conference centre. We’ve used Google Maps to show you the closest hotels. You can search for hotels with filters such as accessibility through Tourism Vancouver.

  Getting to the Venue

  Flying: Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the closest airport. You can go from the airport to downtown Vancouver by rapid transit line, or by hired or rented vehicle from the airport.

  Public transit: The conference centre is a block away from the Vancouver City Centre stop of the Canada Line, which provides a direct route from the airport – it is clean, fast, and inexpensive (not to mention the most environmentally friendly form of transit).

  If you are coming from other directions, the Translink trip planner will help arrange a trip by public transit from anywhere in the greater Vancouver area. The nearest Skytrain stop is Granville Station. A number of bus routes service that area.

  Driving: The entrance to the UBC underground parkade is off Howe Street, just before Smythe Street. There is no all-day street parking nearby; there is limited-time metered parking.
